The rent begins on Saturday at 4.00 pm and finishes  the following Saturday at 10 am

(hours can be changed according to your availibility)

Payment

At the time of booking, we request a 25% deposit of  the total amount . 

 

The pay of the hiring will have to be versed 30 days before your arrival.

 

The deposit is 2000€

 

The deposit will be given back to you in less than 15 days from the date of  your departure.

Insurance

We require that you insure the house during your stay.

 Please check with your Insurance Company that in your main house contract, you do have a holiday clause that enables you to insure your holiday house.

An Insurance certificate will be claimed before we give in the keys..
