  Additional Service:    A 100€ fixed rate for the clean up at the end of your stay

      Sheets rent 100€, specific Services on request

      (cooking, go shopping, daily clean up, child care........)

The rent begins on Saturday at 3.00 pm and finishes  the following Saturday at 10 am

(hours can be changed according to your availibility)

At the time of booking, we request a 25% deposit of  the total amount . 

On arrival, we will give you the keys and do a detailed inventory. 

You will be asked for the total amount of the rent as well as a 1000€ deposit.

The deposit will be given back to you in less than 15 days from the date of  your departure.

Insurance: We require that you insure the house during your stay. Please check with your Insurance Company that in your main house contract, you do have a holiday clause that enables you to insure your holiday house. An Insurance certificate will be claimed before we give in the keys..
